Terms and Conditions

Conditions of Sale: All EKTOR products will be supplied in the UK, and Europe, by zencontrol Ltd and subject to these standard terms and conditions of sale unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to any orders being placed.

Validity: The price quoted will be valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise in writing. Prices are strictly net and subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

If availability from stock is given at the time of quotation, zencontrol cannot be liable should this stock is sold prior to an order being placed and a contract entered in to.

Modifications: zencontrol, as part of its continuous improvement process, reserves the right to modify its technical specifications without prior notice.

Patent rights: All products on this website are protected by law. Any imitation shall be prosecuted in accordance with the governing law.

Small Order Charge: All orders below £500.00 will be subject to a small order charge of £50.00

Collection: Products ordered are supplied on an ex-works basis from our Stafford warehouse, the postcode of which is ST18 0LQ

Any claim relating to lost or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Payment: Will be in advance unless a trading account is created at zencontrol’s discretion and pre-arrangement.

Retention of Title: The risk in the goods shall pass from zencontrol to the buyer upon delivery of such goods to the buyer. However, notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, title and property in the goods, including full legal and beneficial ownership, shall not pass to the buyer until zencontrol has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full for all goods delivered to the buyer under this and all other contracts between zencontrol and the buyer for which payment of the full price of the goods thereunder has not been paid.

Governing Law: This agreement, and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to this agreement or its formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be finally resolved by the English courts.
